All purchases made on this website are for virtual seats to a product review. Each seat grants you access to view or participate in a digital review of the featured product.
No purchase is ever for a firearm, ammunition, or any other regulated item.
Is this considered a raffle or lottery?
No. We do not conduct raffles, lotteries, or games of chance. You are purchasing virtual seats for a scheduled product review. Any promotional giveaways associated with a review are free and not tied to the purchase amount, purchase quantity, or odds adjustments.
Are all Illinois and Federal laws followed?
Yes. We strictly follow all Illinois and Federal regulations.
If a promotional giveaway includes a regulated item such as a firearm, the winner must complete all legally required steps, including:
- Transfer through a Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer
- Completion of Illinois FOID requirements (if applicable)
- Passing all background checks
- Meeting all age and eligibility requirements
If a winner does not or cannot meet legal requirements, they will not receive the regulated item.
Do I need to live in Illinois to participate?
No. Participants can join from any state where participation is lawful. However, all winners must comply with the firearm laws of their state of residence.
How do I receive my item if I win a giveaway?
For firearms, all items must be transferred through an FFL dealer of your choice.
Non-firearm items will be shipped directly to the winner’s provided address unless restricted by law.
Do I need a FOID card to participate?
You do not need a FOID card to purchase a virtual seat.
However, Illinois residents must have a valid FOID to legally take possession of a firearm.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are generally not offered once a virtual seat is purchased. However, if technical issues or errors occur, please contact customer support and we will assist you.
How do I know the reviews and giveaways are legitimate?
Transparency is important to us. We document review events, show winners publicly (when permission is granted), and maintain compliance with all applicable laws.
What happens if I can’t legally own the item?
If a winner is unable to meet legal requirements, we will offer a lawful alternative, such as store credit or a different non-regulated item, depending on our posted policies.
